Community Talks is a community group facilitated by the UFC. A group made up of community residents identify key community issues & create a community development strategy.

Program Overview:
A TEAM (small group) based Leadership Development program helping elementary, middle & high school students Achieve academic success, Develop leadership potential & Discover the value of community.
Students are placed in an age appropriate TEAM with other students. The goal of the TEAM is to build a sense of community by experiencing a program year together as a unit.
3 Key Elements:
Our three key program elements are based on a wholistic approach to working with children & youth. New ADDition weaves together the best practices & philosophies of early childhood education & youth development & employs them through Academic Achievement, Leadership Development & Community Discovery. The three keys also serve as a framework that help to guide & accomplish our overall program outcomes & goals.

Our students are exposed to a wholistic academic learning experience training them to be life long learners.
+ Develop - Leadership Development:
Our students are encouraged to develop their own unique leadership potential and discover its positive impact on themselves & others.
